ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY: Indraneelam is committed to carry out the safety responsibilities and duties in a manner designed to achieve and maintain high standards of protection for employees, environment and property along with health and well being of occupants. They are careful enough to adopt convenient height for balcony handrails with vertical legs for the safety of residents especially children. In the top roof also sufficient height is provided to the parapet. Lightning arresters are provided to high rise buildings. Modern fire fighting system is installed. In respect of structural glass fixing, quality of accessories is insisted for long life. For upcoming projects, LED lights, and solar energy is made use of to save electrical energy. Sewage treatment plants are adopted for environmental safety. By following all norms as per NBC their effort is to strive to enhance these standards in all of their operations, from the initial planning and design stage through construction, final turnover and start-up, and continuous operations.
